Responsibility:
1.Deal with employees' social insurance housing fund; the registration, modification of related credentials attend to Work-related injuries follow-up;
2.Sign new employees up manage all labor contracts labor relationship, hle labor management dispute;
3.Keep an eye on daily working regulations, check on work attendance over-time work control;
4.Draft all kinds of company employ system management system based on the country's local government's related labor law, then submit to Management for approval implementation;
5.All employees' salary welfare benefits management; deal with all human affairs procedures like promotion, reward& punishment, enrollment resignation, etc.;
6.Pre ion of cidate interview for first round to check basic requirement like academic degree, English etc.;
7.Organize regular or non-regular company activities;
8.Local residence application for employees;
9.Work permit for foreign colleague;
10.Filing management of employee's personal files;
11.Claim hling.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above;
2.At least 4 years work experience in HR function;
3.Familiar with the national labor laws regulations;
4.Good English in reading writing.
